We're building the Personal Health Vault — a lifelong, private collection of your medical records that belongs entirely to you: gathered from your providers and health plans at your direction, organized so you can actually use it, and pluggable into any AI you trust.

Your records live scattered across portals, health plans, and paper. The PHV brings them together — from your providers and insurers, at your direction, under your consent.
Curate
One lifelong, readable record — organized and de-duplicated, with every entry traceable back to the original source document it came from.
Protect
Encrypted, private, and yours alone. Full export and verifiable deletion are designed in from the first version — you can always leave, with everything.
And never analyze. The PHV organizes and safeguards your records; it does not interpret, diagnose, or advise. Your records — and any AI you choose to share them with — answer to you.

- We will never sell your personal data — in any form, to anyone.
- We will never share your data without your informed consent and a clear, articulable benefit back to you.
- We will never use your health data for advertising — and no advertising or analytics trackers exist on this site or in the product.
- The PHV gathers, organizes, and protects your records. It does not analyze, interpret, or diagnose — and we will never present it as doing so.
