1. What this site is. An informational site for TensorHealthWell™ and the Personal Health Vault (PHV), a product in development. Nothing here is an offer of service; the PHV is not yet available to the public.
2. No medical advice. Nothing on this site or in the PHV is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The PHV organizes and safeguards records; it does not interpret them. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical questions, and call emergency services in an emergency.
3. Intellectual property. TENSORHEALTHWELL™ is a trademark of TensorHealthWell (federal registration intended). The content of this site is our intellectual property. "Personal Health Vault" describes the product category. You may link to this site freely.
4. No warranties; limitation of liability. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law; we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site.
5. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
